What Makes A House Harder to Sell?

Wondering if you can just throw your house on the real estate market because it’s so hot right now?  Watch this before you do because I’m going to tell you what makes a home harder to sell, even in a hot market!

There are two things that make a house harder to sell:

Number 1 is pricing your home too high.

This is a surefire way to have your house sit on the market and not sell.  Buyers, and their agents, know how much houses are worth and they aren’t going to pay for one that’s overpriced.  

Number 2 is not having your home looking good before listing.

Dirt, clutter, and damages are massive turn-offs for buyers and will keep you from getting offers.
