This will also give us the opportunity to do some research on your neighborhood and home so that we can come to the initial listing meeting with some valuable information.

Our first step is to meet in person and discuss the important details, including pricing and the entire selling process. At this meeting I will also go over how your home should look for marketing photos and finalize any remaining details like how the photography and showing process works. At this meeting I will also collect any paperwork or information you have regarding any updates you have made as well as the key for showing access.

  • Once an offer or offers have been received. We will meet to discuss the terms and decide which one, if any will work for you. If a decision is made and you decide to move forward we will go over everything that will happen next like the inspections, appraisal and closing process. All information will be organized by me and I will keep you informed with all details with constant communication.

  • Celebrate the bittersweet experience of selling your home! On this day you will sign all the legal documents and get the sales proceeds!

  • You could move to Timbuktu, you’re not getting rid of me that easily! After closing on your home I will still be around and checking in on you.
